Rule of thumb: room up to 14m² → 1200mm fan, up to 25m² → 1300–1400mm, above that → two fans. Ceiling height matters too — under 2.4m you want a flush-mount, 2.7m+ gets you a dropped rod.

Over a dining table: 75–85cm between table surface and bottom of pendant. Over a kitchen island: 80–90cm. Entrance foyers with high ceilings: leave 2.1m clearance to the floor minimum.

The Solid Bronze range (EL6/7/8 — Brisbane, Perth, Sydney) is Australian-made specifically for coastal conditions. They patinate gracefully. Stainless steel also holds up well. We'd steer you away from cheaper aluminium fittings near salt air.

DC motor fans (most of our range): 10 years on the motor, 3 years on parts. AC fans: 5 years motor, 2 years parts. Remote controls: 1 year. Named range (Nevis, Noosa, Spyda, Tourbillion) carry the manufacturer's full warranty which varies per model.
